Brand new in sealed box LCD/Plasma TV wall mount. Supports tv's between 32" to 60" and up to 175lbs. 

Mount will tilt up to 15 degrees up or down. This particular mount will allow your TV to sit only 3" away from your drywall. 

This mount features the tilt arm knobs on the side of the arms. This allows you to make easy adjustments to the tilt angle without using a step stool or ladder. Other types of mounts have the tilt knobs on the top of the arms making it difficult to change the viewing angle. 

Mounts come with 1 year warranty. All hardware (lag bolts, screws, etc) and installation instructions are included with the kit.
